WORKSHOP INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Submission of your registration indicates that you have read, understood and accepted the Policies stated below. Thank you!
To hold your space in class, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is due at the time of registration. The Deposit includes a
non-refundable $75 Service Fee. Your Balance is due eight (8) weeks prior to the
first day of the class. Register by emailing to email@example.com or by calling 941-204-6042. Method of Payment: Check. Supply lists will be provided after you register.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
If you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to “Workshop Date” (defined as the first day of the workshop) – you will receive a full refund minus a $75 non-refundable service fee.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks
prior to “Workshop Date,” regardless of
the reason, and the workshop has not sold out with a Wait List, we will not be able to refund your fee. If there is a wait list you may transfer your registration to a wait listed person.
A full refund will be issued if instructor has to cancel class or enrollment goals are not met.
All requests for refunds must be in writing and directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Workshop Date” is defined as the first day of the workshop.
We must adhere to these policies without exception due to the expenditure of time and commitment involved in setting up these workshops.
LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Participants are responsible for their own lodging and transportation while at the workshop.

All registered participants agree to hold harmless Peace River Painters and its employees, associates, instructors and volunteers, as well as any and all other persons connected with Peace River Painters, from all liability for any damage participants may sustain by reason of their registration, participation, or use of equipment or the facilities utilized. Peace River Painters is not responsible for personal items, including supplies and artwork lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced. Peace River Painters and its instructors may publish photographs of participants and their art work for promotional purposes without charge unless the participant withdraws permission to do so.
